"They certainly give very strange names to diseases." -Plato

  1. The itching hasn't stopped in three days. All the cortisone cream in the world, wouldn't soothe Arthur's discomfort. The new dermatologist at the clinic was seeing new patients.

His Thursday appointment came and Arthur fidgeted in his seat.

A woman, Marie Jenks was across the room watching Arthur, being sure to keep her distance. You just never know what's going around.

The man caught Marie's eye, and she smiled.

    "First time here?" she asked.

    Arthur nodded.

"Oh, he's very good!" Marie offered.

    Arthur smiled, "I hope so."

    More waiting.

Finally, the nurse called for the next patient.
Arthur stood and headed for the door.

"Dr. Bowser, will see you now." she proclaimed.

Arthur was a mite uncomfortable, sitting on the
rolled paper covering in nothing but a hospital gown opened in the back.

Dr. Bowser was a study in contrast. His jet black hair was slicked back. His black shirt was missing it's sleeves. The doctor scans Arthur's chart.

"Arthur" he begins, "It appears what you have is serious"

Arthur swallows hard. "Give it to me straight Doc, I can take it."

"Arthur, you have a rare case of...Rama Lama Ding Dong".

Arthur is sullen. "I think I want a second opinion."

Of course. "You also have Shoo-bee-doo-Wop-wada! Pay the receptionist on the way out"
