Patriot Day Prompt...

Sorry I missed the last prompt...I was researching some information for a magazine article and the deadline was approaching!  I would like for you to think about this quote and if it speaks to you, write about the vision you have:

"Let us form one body, one heart, and defend to the last warrior our country, our homes, our liberty, and the graves of our fathers."  ~ Tecumseh

or

"The patriot's blood is the seed of Freedom's tree.  ~Thomas Campbell"

IN LEAPS AND BOUNDS

Today is the last day of February. The 28th.
Even though it is NOT a leap year
we invite you to write a piece of Flashy Fiction
that involves a leap of some kind.

You're dodging a bullet.
Making a leap of faith.
Jumping for joy.
Or you're just plain jolly.

Even a jump to conclusions could be considered a leap.
