  1. Clicked on "check out the 411" and couldn't get there. Where can I look? I'm procrastinating my syllabi for Monday and want to write!

    1. Oh, I wish I'd stopped here sooner...I guess that page doesn't exist? I'll have to check with one of the co-authoring partners up there and see for sure but I'd say go ahead and post your flash fiction response here in the comments or in any of the other prompts comments that strike your muse, Nancy. Happy writing!! :)

    2. The link for the 411 was repaired/rewritten to express our wishes for this site. Nancy, go and re-check the page and dive in. The water's fine.

  2. Okay, so if I don't post until Monday on the wall prompt, is that okay? (I left my beginning on my school desktop!) Is there a minimum, maximum, suggested length? Anything else before I dive in?

    1. Nancy, in some ways there is a limit to length. The system won't allow more than, I think it's, 4300+ characters. I know this from experience here.

Flash fiction by definition runs from 0-1000 words. Hope this helps.

  3. That's fine Nancy, as long as you come back to post to the p;roper prompt, all will be good.

  5. Because of the formatting it is best to just leave the link.

  6. I've posted my response to this prompt on Two Voices, One Song. It was too long for the system to take. I've begun another serial story with this. To read Part One of "For Want of a Flower," please stop in at:
