 How is it a dog's life?  Tell the story from the dog's point of view.  Include a couple of woofs and arfs to make it really doggone good!

Oh, wait. Yes I am. But I’m a little confused. I’m an egg-laying mammal with the bill of a duck, the tail of a beaver, and otter feet. Hmmmm…I’m pretty much an identity crisis waiting to happen. So today, write about an identity crisis. Or mistaken identity. Or a talking platypus. Or just go wild and use the adjective “platypal” in your piece. Then be sure to share your platypal platitudes here.

I wonder how your character is feeling at this given moment, (the one pictured or one of your own crafting). Explore your setting...give much detail of place and indulge in the space of an in depth internal conversation.

Happy endings sound like the perfect conclusion,

but we want you to take the Danny/Sandy (Grease),
 Scarlett/Rhett (Gone With the Wind), Edward/Bella (Twilight),

Rick/Ilsa (Casablanca), or any other romantic movie pairings and project them into their future selves. 

How did they REALLY end up? Happy Ever After or Crappy Never More?
